The McGivney is a branding concept for a beautiful apartment located in Seattle, Washington. This apartment was designed to breathe new life into the historical Knights of Columbus building and provide more homes to the residents of Seattle.
The brand is inspired by the grid pattern of the building’s location. The McGivney was created as a new apartment building from the Knights of Columbus original building, located in Seattle, Washington. This historical location plays a huge role in the design concept of The McGivney brand. Mirroring the interior design concept of utilizing the grid pattern from the map, it is reflected in the primary logo as well.
